Niagra Falls, NY 2021

How exciting! We took a ride on the Maid of the Mist and thoroughly enjoyed seeing the wondrous American Falls.  The boat ride took us along the falls and then right up to the Horseshoe Falls.  It was magnificent.

A picture does not do justice to the amazing power
and amount of water going over the falls.

On the boat.  It was surprisingly windy.

A closeup of the Horseshoe falls.
The boat actually went close enough into the falls
to get us soaked.

Getting wet from the spray of water hitting the bottom.

Maid of the Mist boat seen from the observation tower. They look like PlaySkool kids. LOL

Walking along the observation path to see the falls

The American falls behind us and
the Horseshoe falls to the right

Milan, OH 2021

Needed a place to stay for Labor Day weekend, so to follow our travel plan, we ended up in Sandusky-Milan, OH.  Taking the weekend to wash RV's and relax. Will leave on 9/7 for Fairview, PA for an overnight stop.  Then on to Grand Island, NY to see Niagra Falls from the US side.  Canada is still closed due to COVID.

Belleville (near Dearborn), MI 2021

Our whole purpose for camping here is to go to the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village.  When we came with Bob and Sharon last year Greenfield Village was closed.  This is Graham's favorite museum and Greenfield Village did not disappoint.

We went to the Henry Ford Museum first, then took a day off, and then went to Greenfield Village.

Linwood, MI 2021

As we were driving to our overnight stop in Linwood, we realized that we would be very close to Bronner's Christmas Store.  So after we set up, we took a drive.  We only had one hour to see it before they closed.  I think Joni was overwhelmed at the size of the store, lol.

stopped at the wreath for a couple of pictures before we left. :)

After we enjoyed a nice German dinner at the Bavarian Inn.
